Modern Bay Builders

Modern Bay Builders is owned and operated by the McKain brothers, Shaun and Aaron. Originally from Paeroa, they are now both  residents at Waihi Beach and are active participants in the local community.

Shaun has been in the building trade for 15 years; in construction, residential building and concreting. Aaron has a similar level of experience and they employ a seasoned crew of tradesmen to help them out. Modern Bay Builders are members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. Modern Bay Builders have built the properties displayed below over the years, and the owners of those houses will testify to the quality of the job. Modern Bay Builders will also quote on projects from Coromandel to Waikato.
The boys consider themselves to be "honest, reliable and flexible". These are the qualities people single out as the most important for their tradespeople.
